In this article we’ll guide you through the process of adding the SEOptimer Embedded Audit Tool to a website created on the weebly.com platform. This guide assumes that your Weebly site has been setup already.
We also assume that you have set up the look and feel of your SEOptimer report and configured an Embed Form as per our other guide ‘How To Guide for Installing the Embed Form’.
Adding the Embedded Form to a Block on a Weebly.com Website
Follow the steps below to embed and show the Embedded Form on your site’s page:
1. Login to your Weebly.com account and find the site you’ve created. Click “Edit Site” button.
2. A new page will load where you'll need to click "Edit" again.
3. Next you need to click on the "Show All Elements" button at the bottom of the side bar on the left of the page.
4. Scroll down and select the Embed Code option and drag the element onto the page where you want your audit form to appear.
5. Then click “Click to set custom HTML”.
6. Next click "Edit Custom HTML" in the pop up that appears.
7. You'll then see the edit box show where you can paste your SEOptimer embed code.
8. Once you click out the embed code box you'll see your form populate on the page. If you're happy with how it looks, click Publish.
Test Your Embed Form
When you've published your form, navigate to your live site and test the form to ensure that it is working correctly.
